12-5 Report:
We have been treated with a rare 3 days of sunshine on the Peninsula. A beautiful few days to be on the water. Water conditions are good on the Hoh and all area rivers although rain is on the way. Focusing on some of the less popular stretches for this time of year has given us some great solitude and chances at some very happy fish.
We have been getting a nice mix of wild and hatchery steelhead along with quite a few bull trout. Eagles are our ever present company, saw at least 10 balds and 4 goldens today alone. Sometimes its nice to take a break and look around to really experience what this place has to offer.
